How To Get EBN Processing Licence

In Sarawak, you need to get EBN Processing licence as stipulated under Veterinary Public Health Ordinance 1999. The licence annual fee is RM200/-

1. The pre-requisite requirement is the location must be approved by local authority eg. Ground Floor or 1st Flr of commercial shoplot or light industrial estate.

2. Fill the relevant Processing Plant Application Form. You can obtain the form from any Veterinary Office 'Application for Processing Plant . Processing at housing area are not allowed.

3. Construct the processing premises according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
4. Build a practical waste treatment for NREB to approve.

How To Obtain Veterinary Health Mark Certification

Getting Good Veterinary Hygienic Practice (GVHP) certification is one of the requirement before Veterinary Health Certificate is issued by the Department Of Veterinary Service.

Provide below are the tips of getting GVHP from Department of Veterinary Service and other food safety certification from other certification for animal base product.
1. Obtain authority approval on the processing premises
2. Construct your processing plant according to GMP
3. Register with the Department of Veterinary Services
4. Download the GVHP form through google search by typing GVHP Application Form.
