In Sarawak, you need to get EBN Processing licence as stipulated under Veterinary Public Health Ordinance 1999. The licence annual fee is RM200/-
1. The pre-requisite requirement is the location must be approved by local authority eg. Ground Floor or 1st Flr of commercial shoplot or light industrial estate.
2. Fill the relevant Processing Plant Application Form. You can obtain the form from any Veterinary Office 'Application for Processing Plant . Processing at housing area are not allowed.
3. Construct the processing premises according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
4. Build a practical waste treatment for NREB to approve.
