This is a new scheme produce by Department Of Veterinary Services Malaysia. The auditing for GVHP will be carry out by a qualified food safety auditor from DVS. This certification is valid for one year.
Good manufacturing practices (GMP) is the pre-requisite programme for GVHP. You may get GMP certification from third party certification body registered with Department of Standard Malaysia (DSM). GMP is also a prerequisite programme (PRP) for HACCP system.
